Remote Technical Support
Customers receive 24/7 access to TecsPlus’s Technical Support Center (TSC) for answers to technical questions, troubleshooting and remote problem resolution. Skilled technical engineers trained and certified on a variety of multi-vendor network equipment are a call or a click away.
TecsPlus will manage and house customer-owned spares in our parts depot locations. We’ll work with you to create a sparing plan, stock our locations, and dispatch spares when they are required, and even handle RMA’s.
Dispatch Part Replacement
TecsPlus will manage the dispatch of a part under an OEM parts replacement contract. When a part is needed, we’ll contact the manufacturer on your behalf, coordinate receiving the part, and arrange an onsite visit to perform the replacement.
On Site Field Support
We’ll provide access to an onsite field engineer to perform parts replacement activities, troubleshoot problems, and more. Our engineers are available for dispatch 24 hours a day, with 2 and 4 hour response times.
